Key Objective

The objective of the training program is bring about faculty enablement with regard to the different behavioural dimensions that have far reaching significance in the direction of organizational effectiveness.

Program Details

The influence of human personality upon the functional efficiency of an organization and its personnel has been widely recognized. The personality can also be modified to a certain extent. The objective of personality enabling courses is to remove those barriers that stand in the way of the expression of individual personality. Our FEP covers ten areas and contains the distilled wisdom. When effectively operationalized, the program should ensure that participants are given adequate opportunity to gain skills that will help improve their functional efficiency.


The content covered under various modules is as follows: 

  • Self: Introduction, Self-Awareness, Self-Analysis, Positive Attitude, Stress Management, Self-Management, Self-Representation (includes Body Language)
  • Motivation: Introduction to Motivation, Relevance and types of Motivation, Motivating the subordinates and Analysis of Motivation
  • Communication in Organizations: Introduction to Communication, Flow of Communication, Listening, Barriers of Communication and How to overcome barriers of communication
  • Interpersonal Relations: Introduction to Interpersonal Relations, Analysis of different ego states, Analysis of Transactions, Analysis of Strokes and Analysis of Life position
  • Time Management: Time as a Resource, Identify Important Time Wasters, Individual Time Management Styles and Techniques for better Time Management
  • Stress Management: Introduction to Stress, Causes of Stress, Impact Stress and Managing Stress
  • Group Dynamics and Group Buildings: Importance of groups in organization, Interactions in group, Group Decision Taking, Team Building, Interaction with the Team and How to build a good team?
  • Conflict Management: Introduction to Conflict, Causes of Conflict and Managing Conflict
  • Leadership: Introduction to Leadership, Leadership Power, Leadership Styles and Leadership in Administration
  • Performance Appraisal: Introduction to Performance Appraisal, Vertical Appraisal, Horizontal Appraisal, 360º Performance Appraisal and Methods of improving Techniques of Performance Appraisal.
  • Productive Communications Using MS-Office Tools: Provides techniques and guidelines and tips for productive communications using email, document, worksheet and presentation slides with students, colleagues, staff and management
